Our history
GLOBAL SPC® started its buisness in 2004 in the form of a small network of translators with working experience from the pharmaceutical sector. Our aim was to provide outstanding translations that met the needs of pharmaceutical companies launching their products in the Greek Market, in compliance with the regulatory requirements of regional and European health authorities.
Over the years, the company has liaised with outstanding medical professionals from Greece and Europe and has extended its service portfolio with translation of all types of Healthcare texts and related services, such as construction of promotional materials and text medical affairs review.
Today, the network of GLOBAL SPC consists of outstanding translators (medicine, dentistry, biology, pharmaceutical chemistry, quality management, clinical research and regulatory affairs experts) with exceptional linguistic skills, technical writing expertise and professional decrees such as MDs and PhDs. Most of our associates have additional experience from the Healthcare Industry.
Our competitive advantage: Provision of tailor-made, excellent Healthcare translations
With our translations we manage to communicate in the particular “language” of each audience and sometimes with different audiences at the same time (be it the physician of the hospital where the patient is transferred, the national regulatory authorities, the pharmaceutical company or the CRO).
We try to keep a personal and customer friendly character to our business.
From our working experience in the Healthcare sector, we have realised that sometimes the client may not be fully aware of the specific requirements or additional features that a translation should have in order to be considered as acceptable and legible by its end user. This is often the case of translations that should be first submitted for approval to the competent national or European Healthcare authorites or the case of medical diagnoses. Our network of experts not only guarantees exceptional linguistic skills and technical writing expertise, but also compliance with the project- specific legislative, regulatory and linguistic requirements.
